At First Plumb we are more than happy to publish our Fees & Charges as we feel that total transparency for our customers is best practice: knowing what to expect before you call us out!
We do not charge a call out fee and we only charge from the time we arrive on site. There is a minimum charge of 1 hour on all jobs and thereafter in 15 min increments, however; due to the nature of emergency repairs and the time scale usually needed to repair such faults, most work is complete within one hour.
Upon initial inspection should the engineer deem the work to require more than 2 hours a fixed price will be agreed before work begins.
