Charges – 4 options, which one would you prefer?

We don't really see much point in hiding our charges, or only supplying them when we've seen the job, so here are four very simple and very affordable pricing options:

option 1

Option 1 – Our normal hourly rate for repairs

For services during our standard business hours (8am to 7pm) the rate is only £60 for the first hour, and then £20 per hour after that. The costs for any materials used are charged on top of this rate.

Option 2 – A fixed price for repairs

This option is perfect if you would rather have a fixed price agreed for emergency or non-emergency repairs before we arrive. It's a fixed one-off price of only £85 which INCLUDES the cost of labour and materials.

Note: This option is for repairs only, and only covers the first problem that is reported. If other problems become apparent then additional charges may apply. This option covers materials used to repair leaking or burst pipes, taps and toilet problems, overflows etc. It does not cover the cost to replace any fixtures and fittings such as tanks, cylinders, radiators or controls, broken or cracked baths, basins or toilets. Option 3 – A pre-planned quote for larger projects, such as installations

This option is ideal for larger jobs, whether you would like us to fit a bathroom, move a radiator or supply and install fittings. Simply give us a call and we will arrange a visit to give you a FREE no-obligation quote.

Option 4 - A fixed price for out-of-hours emergency repair work

No huge hourly rates here! Our out-of-hours emergency repair service is a fixed price of only £95.00 which INCLUDES the cost of any materials used to fix or make any emergency problem safe.

This charge applies during the out-of-hours times of Monday to Friday, 7pm until 8am, and from 4pm on Saturday right through to 8am Monday. Bank holidays are also classed as out-of-hours.

Again, all of these options include everything as standard:

  • NO call-out fee. The price you see is the price you pay
  • Free advice before and after the job is completed
  • Tidying of the area and the removal of waste materials
  • Your 12 month guarantee

Payment methods

Payment is made to the plumber on-site once the work is completed. Accepted methods include cash and credit/debit card. Unfortunately, we no longer accept cheques, unless by prior consent. A full invoice is provided once the payment is made which includes proof of your 12 month guarantee.
